Five new powerhouses for heavy-duty tasks
The WASEL branches in Düsseldorf and Duisburg recently welcomed not one but five new “TGX” trucks from MAN to their fleets.
Each offering a performance of 580 PS, the semi-trailers are perfectly equipped to fulfil challenging transport tasks. MAN’s 6x4 drive concept with two driven axles ensures that the trucks perform at their absolute best when on the road. What’s more, the manufacturer claims that its latest generation of engines used in the TGX makes it even more efficient, thus resulting in lower fuel consumption and fewer emissions with the same high performance. All five vehicles are fitted with safety solutions such as the MAN OptiView mirror systems and steering assist systems.
The trucks also offer plenty of benefits for their drivers: all five semi-trailers come with an engine-independent air-conditioning system, and in addition to the spacious cab, assistance and distance measuring systems provide increased comfort and safety behind the wheel.
